Family Treatment Worker

Tasks

• Provide home-based services and support for families.
• Model a safe, nurturing environment and help with parenting skills, budgeting, household management, and healthcare needs.
• Assist families in accessing community resources, support treatment plans, and adapt to evolving needs to maximize family strengths and achieve their goals.
• Assist participants in day-to-day functioning.
• Teach the family unit life skills such as self care, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and positive behaviors.
• Maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Collaborate with the team to strategically plan and assign daily tasks.
• Implement individual and family treatment plans and clinical intervention strategies.

Schedule

• Temporary: Full-Time
• Full Time Term ending January 8, 2027

Pay

• $25.06 to $32.41 per hour
