Farm Construction Worker/Laborer

Tasks

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
• May operate hand and power tools of all types: Air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
• May clean and prepare site, sig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
• May assist other craft workers.
• Workers will build agriculture buildings such as grain elevators and pole barns.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A

Schedule

• From Nov 1, 2026 to Dec 31, 2026
• Employees will be traveling to the jobsites throughout the area of intended employment.
• Due to the sparsely populated nature of South Dakota this type of travel is customary.

Pay

• $17.23 per hour
