Farm Equipment Mechanic

Tasks

• Perform off-season equipment servicing and winterization.
• Inspect, service, and repair tractors, combines, sprayers, spreaders, and farm vehicles - replacing worn components such as belts, hoses, filters, bearings, and hydraulic parts.
• Winterize equipment for storage and prepare it for the upcoming season.
• Move and reposition equipment to its storage locations.
• Clean, organize, and restock the parts room, putting parts in their proper places.
• Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the shop and work areas.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Perform general mechanical work; no internal engine overhauls required.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
• No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
• Minimum of 3 months of experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

• From Dec 16, 2026 to Mar 15, 2027

Pay

• $27.54 per hour
