Farm Equipment Mechanic & Truck Operator

Tasks

• Winterization, inspection, maintenance, and repair of all farm equipment and vehicles.
• Draining fluids such as fuel, oil, and coolant; adding fuel stabilizers; disconnecting or removing batteries; lubricating moving parts; sealing engine and cab openings to prevent rodent infestation; applying protective coatings to exposed metal surfaces to guard against corrosion; and conducting a general assessment to prepare equipment for long-term storage.
• Post- and preseason inspections of all vehicles and machinery to evaluate wear.

• Visa required: H-2A

Schedule

• The job duties requested are only performed during the winter months when equipment is removed from field operation and is no longer in use.
• From Dec 2, 2026 to Mar 14, 2027

Pay

• $23.50 per hour
