Key Responsibilities
- Plant, irrigate, and harvest crops to support healthy growth and strong yields.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on farming equipment.
- Apply pest control measures to protect crops and support productivity.
- Monitor crop health and report growth or field concerns.
- Coordinate daily work with team members, management, and agronomy specialists.
- Keep accurate records of field activities and harvests.
