Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations on the farm, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Inspect facilities regularly and address maintenance needs promptly to ensure the comfort and safety of all personnel. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good condition. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in housekeeping or facilities management preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
