Farm Laborer/Nursery Worker

Tasks

• Perform plant care for various types of plants and flowers, such as tropical, outdoor and indoor varieties.
• Transplanting, line work, indoor and outdoor field work, lifting, loading, unloading, and operating farm equipment.
• May occasionally assist with cleaning and maintenance activities for employer-provided worker housing facilities.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Workers should follow safety and farm instructions.
• This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements.
• Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.

Schedule

• From Nov 2, 2026 to May 31, 2027

Pay

• $15.00 per hour
