Farm Manager

Seeking an experienced and hands-on Farm Manager to join Hass avocado operation in Lilongwe, Malawi. Responsibilities include managing farm operations, orchard health, irrigation, pest/disease control, land preparation, pruning, supervising farm team, maintaining records, collaborating with agronomy experts, managing equipment and infrastructure.
