Farm Operations Assistant

Tasks

• Weed the farm regularly to prevent unwanted plant growth and maintain a clean farming environment.
• Assist with planting, watering, and general care of crops.
• Remove dead leaves, damaged plants, and unwanted vegetation as instructed.
• Assist with fertilizer application and pest control under supervision.
• Support harvesting, sorting, and proper handling of farm produce when required.
• Maintain cleanliness around farm paths, drainage channels, and work areas.
• Handle farm tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow instructions from the Farm Supervisor and comply with farm safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO.
• Must be physically fit and willing to perform manual farm work, including regular weeding
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Previous farming experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM; 3:00 PM–6:30 PM.
• Saturday: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM.
• Sunday: Off.

Pay

• ₦90,000 Monthly
