Farm Worker

Tasks

• Deliver and install field drain tile.
• Update and store harvest equipment.
• Reclaim grain from temporary storage, load into trucks and deliver to market.
• Clean and repair farm buildings, fences and other structures.
• Participate in the inspection sorting, storage and post harvest treatment of crops & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.
• Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, sto

Schedule

• From Dec 1, 2026 to Apr 15, 2027
• Possible weekend/holiday work.

Pay

• $18.75 per hour
• The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
