Tasks

• Assist with our corn, wheat, cotton, peanuts, and blueberry crop production season.
• Assist with all job duties assigned related to growing these crops.
• Prepare fields for planting.
• Attach plows, discs, sprayers, harvesters, and other farm implements to tractors using bolts and hand tools.
• Operate tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other agricultural machinery.
• Plant, weed, spray, cultivate, and harvest crops.
• Install, maintain, and repair center-pivot irrigation systems.
• Load and unload crops, equipment, and other agricultural materials manually or using conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand trucks.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Requires one (1) month previous farm experi

Schedule

• Seasonal
• From Nov 20, 2026 to Mar 15, 2027

Pay

• $16.49 per hour
• Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion
