Job description
Tasks
- Daily care of livestock (including sheep and cattle) during winter / nongrazing months.
- Check water and food supply for animals daily.
- Distribute feed bales to livestock, as needed, manually or using farm equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery.
- Inspect and maintain livestock health to include vaccinations.
- Clean and maintain livestock housing areas.
Requirements
- Visa required: H-2A
Schedule
- From Dec 1, 2026 to Mar 1, 2027
- The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening.
- Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Potential nights and weekends required depending on the animals and weather.
Pay
- $20.56 per hour
