Tasks

• Attend to cattle.
• Duties may include feeding, watering, herding, catching, and loading.
• Hauling hay.
• Precondition and maintain cattle: Hay all cattle, haul water to cattle, mix feed, monitor health, vaccinate, rotate cattle between pastures.
• Operate feed truck/ pay loader.
• Clean pens.
• Maintain fence.
• Manure hauling.
• May haul cattle to market.
• Maintain administrative records & other related Farmworker Livestock activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.
• Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry

Schedule

• From Dec 1, 2026 to Apr 15, 2027
• Possible weekend/holiday work.

Pay

• $12.27 per hour
• The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
