Tasks

• The worker will perform manual agricultural labor related to the planting, cultivation, harvesting, and grading ,sweet potatoes.
• Hand harvesting sweet potatoes.
• Picking, cutting, sorting, and grading produce according to quality standards.
• Grading produce into boxes, bins, or containers
• Loading and unloading harvested crops.
• Pulling weeds and performing general field maintenance.
• Assisting with planting, cultivating, and caring for crops as directed.
• Removing damaged or diseased produce from the field.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas, equipment, and packing areas.
• Following all food safety, quality control, and employer safety procedures.
• Performing other related agricultural duties as assigned.

• $12.84 per hour
