Job description
Tasks
- Planting, cultivating, maintaining, harvesting, washing, and packaging farinaceous and fruit products, such as: cucumber, cantaloupe, honey dew, tomato, pumpkin, sweet potato, pineapple, melon, eggplant, zucchini.
- Driving and operating passenger vehicles and farm equipment may be required.
Requirements
- Visa required: H-2A
- Workers must be able to stand, walk uphill and downhill, sit, squat, kneel, crouch, bend (from the waist), push, pull, reach, lift, and carry items weighing in the range of 5 to 75 pounds.
Schedule
- From Nov 14, 2026 to Aug 31, 2027
- The worker may be requested but not required to work up to 12 hours per day and/or Federal Holidays, as well as Saturdays, depending upon the conditions in the fields, weather, and maturity of the crop.
Pay
- $10.50 per hour
