Tasks

• Weaning.
• Feeding cattle.
• Working and vaccinating cattle.
• Maintaining feed equipment.
• Inspect livestock for illness/injuries.
• Maintaining winter grazing fences.
• Prepping ranch barns and grounds for freeze.
• Opening frozen water tanks.
• Snow removal.
• Shipping calves to market.
• Moving cattle to calving pastures in January.
• Prep barns and cattle for calving.
• Cleaning barns.
• Prepping hay equipment.
• Maintain fencing summer pastures.
• Branding cattle.
• Moving cattle to summer pasture end of May/ beginning of June.
• May need to drive to town to pick up cattle supplies.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Farming with: Beef Cattle.
• No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
• Minimum of 1 months of experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment.

Schedule

• From Dec 15, 2026 to Jun 1, 2027

Pay

• $16.25 per hour
