Tasks

• Performs any of the following tasks to herd cattle and manage mob grazing on cover crop land through winter months
• Establish and maintain electric fencing
• Move cattle to grazing areas 2 to 3 times per day
• Ensure adequate food source and provide additional feeding station if necessary
• Haul water to grazing areas and replenish 2-3 times per day
• Monitor cattle health closely by examining for disease or injury
• Provide medical care to cattle if necessary
• Monitor general herd health for winter parasites and treat as needed
• Monitor herd closely when weather conditions become harsh
• Assist in calving deliveries
• Tag and closely monitor newborns
• Drive to town to pick up supplies for the cattle
• Mob grazing of cattle on cover crop land during winter in Missouri will require day long and nighttime monitoring

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required

Schedule

• From Dec 15, 2026 to Apr 15, 2027

Pay

• $18.71 per hour
