Female Telecaller / Client Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach calls to potential and existing clients to provide information about products and services. Manage inbound and outbound call communications, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively. Maintain accurate client records in our database, logging interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand promotional offers and provide detailed insight to clients. Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing client meetings to facilitate smooth communication. Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and client satisfaction. Work towards pre-defined performance metrics to track calling success and client engagement levels. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on client relationship-building. Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
