About the role
Confidential is seeking a female waitress to serve customers and assist with restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages.
- Assist guests and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Clean and set up tables before and after customers dine, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with basic restaurant operations when needed.
- Follow company service standards and management instructions.
- Coordinate effectively with the cashier, kitchen team, and other staff.
Requirements
- Female applicants are preferred; applicants should be 18–35 years old.
- Restaurant service experience is required, preferably with at least 1 year as a waitress or service crew.
- Chinese restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Experience taking orders, serving food, clearing tables, and assisting guests.
- Pleasant personality; neat, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, hardworking, responsible, and patient.
- Willing to follow standards and able to work under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to stand long hours.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferably residing in Pasig or nearby areas.
- Complete government requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and NBI Clearance.
