About the role
Confidential is looking for a detail-oriented and honest Field Auditor to conduct audits of its branches and pawnshop outlets, verify records and assets, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surprise and scheduled field audits.
- Verify cash funds, pawned items, remittances, and daily transaction records.
- Review compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including BSP and labor regulations.
- Inspect physical security, document filing, and branch operations.
- Interview branch staff, prepare audit reports, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Travel to multiple branch locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in auditing, accounting, or branch operations; pawnshop experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with BSP regulations.
- Strong math and analysis skills, honesty, willingness to travel, good communication skills, and computer literacy, including MS Excel and Word.
