Field Collector

Conduct field visits to assigned customers with outstanding accounts. Coordinate and communicate professionally with customers regarding payment obligations. Follow up on overdue accounts and encourage timely payment. Verify customer information and account details during field visits. Document and report the results of field activities accurately. Submit regular collection and field reports. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with customers. Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable collection guidelines. Must have your own motorcycle. Willing to conduct field work and travel within the assigned area. Must have a valid driver's license. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, reliable, and results-oriented. Willing to work independently and meet collection targets. Previous field collection or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
