Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage collections – Contact customers, negotiate collections, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Document’s, Escalate – Maintain accurate records and coordinate unresolved accounts with relevant teams.
• Conduct Fieldwork – Visit clients as professionally, collect payments with integrity, and perform assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year experience in Credit Investigation, Field Collection, or related finance work
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork
• Can drive manual and/or automatic motorcycles
• Familiar with Cebu and barangay areas/intersections as an advantage
• Experience in financing, banking, lending, or microfinance is a plus
