About the Role
Premier Mechanical Group Inc. is seeking a mechanically inclined Field Operations Technician to coordinate field work involving mechanical and refrigeration systems. You will help oversee job setup and execution, support employees with technical issues, and ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise field operations, including setup and execution of mechanical and refrigeration jobs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide employees on mechanical and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standards.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to support smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate job records and reports.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience with mechanical and refrigeration systems or in a related industry.
