Job description
GLORIOUS HR SERVICES is hiring a full-time Field Recruiter for delivery boys at Zepto and Blinkit in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this on-site recruiting role, you will help grow delivery operations by finding, assessing, and onboarding candidates in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment drives across Bengaluru to identify and engage prospective delivery partners.
- Screen applications and resumes against role requirements.
- Participate in candidate interviews and assessments.
- Keep applicant records and recruitment progress up to date in the tracking system.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and plan targeted recruitment efforts.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, using findings to improve hiring processes.
- Build relationships with local communities and organizations to support candidate outreach.
- Contribute to projects that improve recruitment methods and candidate experience in coordination with HR and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One to three years of recruitment experience; logistics or delivery-sector experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
