Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment drives across Bengaluru to source and engage potential delivery boys.
- Screen resumes and applications to match recruitment criteria effectively.
- Participate in candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability for delivery roles.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
