Key Responsibilities Conduct recruitment drives across Bengaluru to source and engage qualified delivery boys. Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet recruitment criteria. Participate in interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for delivery roles. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with candidate data and progress. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to optimize hiring processes. Build and nurture relationships with local communities and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving recruitment methodologies and enhancing candidate experiences, working closely with HR and operational teams. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in logistics or delivery sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
