Job description
Tasks
- Provide onsite/remote EUC and desktop support.
- Troubleshoot Windows, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Handle IMAC, device imaging, deployment, and refresh activities.
- Provide VIP, executive, and walk-up Tech Bar support.
- Manage IT assets, incidents, software installations, and ServiceNow tickets.
Requirements
- Windows Desktop/Laptop Support amp; Microsoft 365
- Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
- Device Imaging amp; Deployment
- Mobile Device, Printer amp; Peripheral Support
- Asset Management amp; ITSM/Incident Management
- Strong Communication amp; Customer Service Skills
- Preferred: Healthcare/enterprise IT experience, ServiceNow, CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL certification.
