Field Team Leader Project-Based Role

JOB SUMMARY
• Conduct coordination and orientation activities with the study areas (including paying courtesy calls)
• Conduct overall supervision of field data collection
• Prepare masterlist of households with children 0–23 months old (sampling frame)
• Generate random sample of households using the prescribed system
• Organize data collection (i.e., map out (together with barangay representative and local aide) proximity of households during location)
• Conduct overall supervision of field data collection
• Assist in data collection whenever possible
• Check that all tablets are properly set up and ready for use
• Check/edit completeness and accuracy of collected data and ensure back-up copy of consolidated data
• Closely coordinate with the local government unit (LGU) of the next survey area
• Report to Project Team Leader any technical/non–technical problems
• Provide updates and status of coordination and field data collection to the NFP project team as well as assigned subgroups
• Others as may be assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in nutrition-dietetics, nursing, or other health-related fields
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably with experience in handling a data collection team
• With experience in using an open-source mobile data collection platform
• Able to speak the local dialect
