Field Training Manager

Join a rapidly growing remodeling company.

We're expanding our team at Premier Home Pros and looking for an experienced leader in our operations department to help develop new installation members.

Tasks

• Train and develop installation team members in the field
• Inspect installations and monitor workmanship, quality, and costs
• Perform service and warranty work as needed
• Oversee job progress from installation through completion
• Coordinate delivery schedules with general contractors
• Improve daily processes, efficiency, and job closeout
• Build strong relationships with installers and customers
• Support and train teams across other areas as needed

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on field experience in bathrooms, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades
• Extensive bathroom and plumbing experience preferred
• Proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read project plans and drawings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed
• Valid driver’s license, required insurance, and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lift and pull up to 50 lbs
