Role overview

Halyna Shevchenko is seeking a Senior Finance and Treasury Specialist in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role is suited to a finance professional with experience in Argentine financial processes and treasury operations, fluency in Ukrainian, and the ability to coordinate financial activities in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations and oversee fund movements.
• Plan and monitor cash flow and manage company liquidity.
• Organize and oversee banking operations, payments, and fund transfers.
• Maintain relationships with local banks, financial institutions, service providers, and partners in Argentina.
• Monitor bank accounts, complete reconciliations, and track financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for company leadership.
• Oversee compliance with applicable Argentine financial, tax, and foreign exchange regulations within the role's area of responsibility.
• Improve finance processes and increase the efficiency of fund management.
• Coordinate with the international team and support financial coordination between operations in Argentina and Ukraine.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in finance, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Practical experience with financial and banking operations in Argentina.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
• Knowledge of Argentine financial, tax, and foreign exchange requirements relevant to treasury operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
