Finance Assistant Makati

NOTE: ALL POSITIONS ARE FOR DIRECT HIRE AND NOT UNDER AGENCY

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is commonly required.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Word
3. Ability to handle bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
4. Understanding of basic accounting principles (IFRS).
5. Knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable.
6. Awareness of local compliance requirements (e.g., BIR, SEC, LGU in the Philippines).
