About the role

INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Finance Management Analyst to optimize liquidity and strengthen financial operations through strategic finance management. The role focuses on cash management, forecasting, daily financial resources, billing processes, and financial analyses that support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily cash positions and financial resources across multiple banking platforms.
• Process payment transactions accurately while following established protocols and compliance requirements.
• Execute and monitor invoicing and collection activities throughout billing cycles.
• Maintain financial data and records within ERP systems and databases.
• Develop cash flow projections and financial forecasting models for strategic planning.
• Monitor overdue accounts receivable and implement follow-up actions to optimize collections.
• Create financial analyses and reports on collection issues, payment trends, and performance metrics.
• Balance cash accounts and reconcile banking transactions daily.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational issues.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong quantitative and analytical foundation.
• Treasury operations.
