Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee financial models, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and consolidated financial reports.
• Monitor project costs, BOQs, budget variances, and cash flow management to support project profitability.
• Lead the accounting team, oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP and financial systems, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, ACAR, and local laws.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the construction or real estate sector.
• In-depth understanding of project accounting, construction, and local real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
