About the role

The Bellavista Hotel Mactan is looking for a finance professional to lead the Finance Department full-time. The role involves building efficient systems, improving processes, and working closely with management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Department.
• Prepare financial statements and manage the full accounting cycle.
• Build efficient systems and improve processes while working closely with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and Philippine accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required. Experience in hospitality, retail, or service industry is an advantage.
