Financial Analyst

Tasks

• building projections, pro formas and real estate cash flow models (DCF) to evaluate property acquisitions, developments, leases and investments across asset classes.
• structuring construction loans, debt and equity partnerships.
• analyze Net Operating Income (NOI), tenant occupancy and monthly budget-to-actual variances.
• collaborate with property managers on annual budgeting, re-forecasting and Operating Expense/CAM reconciliations.
• prepare concise monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reports and track property KPIs.

Requirements

• CFA or CPA required: professional accounting or financial analyst designation.
• 3+ years of real estate or property management finance experience; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate.
• experience with PBR (Purpose Built Rental).
• advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI or Enterprise.

Pay

• Salary: $110 - 150K
