Job description
BEST USA JOB is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst in Sol, Madrid, Spain. This on-site role supports business performance through accurate financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and insights for decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Build financial models and scenarios to evaluate business initiatives.
- Monitor financial metrics and help identify ways to improve performance.
- Support accurate, standards-compliant monthly financial reporting.
- Contribute financial insights to cross-functional projects and operational improvements.
- Gather data across teams and improve reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling software, or business intelligence tools.
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
