Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budget planning and forecasting. Prepare detailed reports that summarize financial performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Analyze trends, variances, and financial metrics to inform management and improve business outcomes. Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities. Assist in the preparation of financial models and annual budgets. Support auditing processes by providing required financial data and documentation. Engage in special projects as assigned, providing analytical support to enhance financial operations. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and financial modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial analysis software. Experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes, preferably 2-4 years in a similar role. Knowledge of industry-standard accounting principles and financial regulations. Certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
