Job description
Yadanar is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst in Yangon, Myanmar. In this on-site role, you will analyze financial performance and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decisions and the organization’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with reliable financial data.
- Evaluate business-unit performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather information for financial analysis.
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs against internal targets.
- Help improve financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Present findings and reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for working with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools, including Excel or accounting software.
- Two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting is a plus.
