About the Role

Turn financial and operational data into clear reporting that helps teams understand performance and make informed decisions. You will support budgets and forecasts while investigating the factors behind costs, revenue, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual results against budget and explain revenue, cost, and margin variances.
• Support month-end close, weekly KPI reporting, and leadership reporting packages.
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts across business units.
• Prepare pricing and cost analyses for proposals and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Review operational costs, late fees, commissions data, and account performance for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Approximately two years of relevant financial or accounting analysis experience.
• Strong Excel, financial-statement analysis, and reporting skills.
• Ability to explain findings and collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams.
• Reliable remote-work setup and availability for the stated schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• PowerPoint and EPM tool experience.
• Experience with pricing, asset management, SMB, or e-commerce analysis.
