About the Opportunity Our client is a regenerative real estate development company on a mission to redefine how communities are conceived, built, and experienced. Their flagship project is a 108-acre master-planned regenerative community in Nosara, Costa Rica. Our client is looking for a visionary finance leader to help shape the foundation of their growing company.This is not a role just for maintaining financial systems; it is a natural leadership pathway toward a future Chief Financial Officer position. You will work directly with executive leadership across real estate development, hospitality operations, and strategic decision-making.
What You Will DoLead accounting, financial reporting, treasury oversight, and tax coordination across Costa Rica, Panama, and the United States.Oversee project accounting for real estate development, including budgets, cost tracking, and capital expenditures.Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while building scalable financial systems.
Who We Are Looking ForProfessionals with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred).Leaders with 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.Candidates with experience in multi-entity and multi-currency organizations, preferably within real estate development or hospitality.Bilingual professionals (English and Spanish) with an entrepreneurial mindset who are already well versed in AI
