RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and assist members and visitors
• Process transactions and maintain records
• Assist with account services and member requests
• Provide loan information and application assistance
• Open new member accounts
• Build strong member relationships
• Assist with safe deposit boxes and notary services
• Complete required training and certifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Basic math and computer skills
• Professional, dependable, and confidential
