Fleet & Logistics Coordinator

Requirements

• General knowledge of the heavy construction industry and experience in Health & Safety is an asset.
• Must have your own vehicle and strong computer skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly and maintain a high level of confidentiality and communication.
• Mechanically inclined an asset.
• Knowledge of Hours of Service and asset.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• An assertive, confident personality.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on several projects, with multiple duties and tasks within deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel etc.), must have the ability to learn new apps and web-based programs.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and be proactive.
• Immediate hire.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week

Pay

• Starting wage: $29-$31 per hour
