Job description
Requirements
- Technical degree, Technologist degree, or bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in operational roles within a call or contact center, supporting logistics operations, ground transportation coordination, fleet tracking, and dispatch.
- Certified English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
- Availability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
