Food Beverage Operations Manager

Island Hotels Limited operates the Edgewater Resort & Spa (272 rooms) and Club Raro Resort (79 rooms) in Rarotonga.

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee our restaurants, bars and events operations and lift service standards at The Edgewater Resort & Spa.

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all restaurants, bars and banqueting for the Edgewater Resort & Spa.
- Set and maintain service standards, ensuring a consistent guest experience across every outlet.
- Manage F&B budgets, posters, stock control and cost of sales with department heads.
- Plan and deliver events, conferences and functions in partnership with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Ensure full compliance with liquor licensing, food safety and health & safety standards.
- Recruit, train and develop F&B supervisors and outlet teams, building strong local leadership.

About you
- Proven F&B management experience, ideally across multiple outlets in a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, comfortable managing budgets and cost of sales.
- Confident leading, training and developing front-of-house and bar teams.
- A hands-on, guest-focused leader who thrives running a busy, varied operation.

Package
An attractive salary paid in New Zealand dollars and commensurate with experience, plus accommodation, a food and beverage allowance and assistance with relocation. Cook Islands work permit arranged by the company.
