Drive reduction in customer complaints for site

Manage, provide guidance and feedback for leads, technicians and other staff.3-5 years Food Safety Quality experience within a manufacturing facility.BS degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related technical field preferred.Familiar with FDA (FSMA) requirements and food safety systems.FSMA/Preventive ControlsFood Safety Plan/HACCP design, measurement, documentation, and training.PCQI/HACCP certified, preferredUnderstanding of food safety quality systems and programs (GFSI &/or ISO)Understanding of quality analysis, sanitation, processing techniques and general microbiologyBecome part of our open and transparent culture.
