Foreman Dirt Excavation Operator

Looking for a hands-on foreman who can run a dirt crew and keep work moving. Must be comfortable on an excavator and other dirt equipment, read plans, and get it done right the first time.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage excavation, grading, and site-prep work
- Lead the crew on-site and keep the job on schedule
- Talk with clients and keep the office in the loop
- Look after equipment and job safety

**What we need**
- Solid excavation / dirt-work experience
- Can operate an excavator and related machines
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, safety-minded, and good with people
- CDL or forestry / land-clearing background is a plus

Pay based on experience. Steady work, normally lots of overtime available.
