Forestry Worker

Tasks

• perform manual labor necessary to maintain and protect timer tracts and forests
• plant seedlings to reforest timberlands, dig holes for seedlings, pack soil around seedling with planting tool, and ensure protective maintenance of seedling by spraying/clearing/netting/thinning surrounding vegetation
• hack and squirt spray and reforestation maintenance
• Pre commercial thinning, brush cutting & other related Forestry Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-4011.

Schedule

• From Dec 15, 2026 to Oct 15, 2027
• Monday - Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Offering 40+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks
• Possible weekend/holiday work
• Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable)
• Overtime possible, but not

• $22.39 - $23.83
