Forklift Operator

Tasks

• Safely operate material handling equipment (counterbalance, reach truck, and/or walkie) to move, stack, and stage inventory.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers and storage racks.
• Verify shipment accuracy against documentation, ensuring proper counts and undamaged goods.
• Stage raw materials and finished products to support packaging, assembly, and fulfillment lines.
• Perform pre-shift safety and maintenance inspections on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance, Narrow Aisle Reach, or Raymond Reach preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on warehouse/forklift operating experience.
• Solid understanding of standard health, safety, and WHMIS regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with basic inventory and shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
