Job description
About the role
Cognistack is building document intelligence technology for sophisticated enterprise customers.
Tasks
- Own technical success for 1–3 enterprise customers
- Build custom AI applications, evaluation tools, and agent workflows
- Create diagnostics, dashboards, and evaluation harnesses
- Debug complex production deployments and improve customer outcomes
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges
- Bring customer feedback directly to Product and Engineering
- Work with founders and customers to influence product direction
Requirements
- 3–8 years in software/product engineering or FDE
- Strong Python skills
- Production software deployment experience
- Experience working with enterprise or regulated customers
- Strong understanding of LLMs / AI / ML concepts
- Ability to design and run AI evaluations
- Comfortable with Bash, APIs, infrastructure and debugging
- Ability to build quick tools/prototypes with technologies like Streamlit
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- Comfortable discussing technical problems directly w
