Requirements
- 10+ Years
- Python, PySpark, SQL, FastAPI, REST APIs
- Claude, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Semantic Search, Vector Databases
- Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Batch & Streaming Pipelines
- MLOps / LLMOps, MLflow, CI/CD, Model Monitoring & Deployment
- Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Git, Distributed Data Processing
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data Governance, Security, IAM/RBAC, Encryption & Compliance
- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Domain Experience
- Strong software engineering and data engineering foundation
- Experience building enterprise AI applications at scale
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent client-facing communication and solution architecture skills
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments is highly preferred
