Foundation Operations Manager

About the role

The C. Alan Foundation, the charitable arm of the C. Alan Brand.

Tasks

• Oversee and coordinate several of our signature charitable initiatives.
• Manage daily café operations, food service activities, community partnerships, and special events.
• Plan and execute our signature holiday charitable initiative, bringing joy, resources, and support to families in need.
• Coordinate food donations, distribution programs, volunteers, and community outreach.
• Organize fundraising activities, community service projects, special events, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in nonprofit management, hospitality, food service, or community programming
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Experience coordinating events, volunteers, and community partnerships
• The ability to manage multiple projects and take initiative
• A genuine commitment to community service

Schedule

• Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time
