Franchise Operations Area Manager

Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

Lead the development and operations of three restaurant locations planned to open over approximately 18 months. This hands-on role requires proven experience opening franchise restaurants and managing performance across multiple units.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Build locations from the ground up, develop strong teams, establish standards, and deliver consistent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage performance across multiple franchise locations and brand standards
• Lead pre-opening readiness and the launch of three new restaurants
• Implement policies, initiatives, and standard operating procedures
• Train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, logistics, labor, and efficiency
• Maintain service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Support local marketing, grand openings, and community promotions
• Travel between locations for hands-on support and performance management

Qualifications
• Restaurant management or multi-unit operations experience required
• Experience opening new franchise restaurant locations required
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of staffing, inventory, training, customer service, and P&L
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Extensive experience, planning, budgeting, coaching, vendor or peak periods
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

• $75K-$100K

Physical Requirements
Regular lifting and bending; ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb. Occasional lifting or moving of items over 50 pounds and specific local driving; any driving required.
